This is a blog about cities.
I have been working on, contemplating and teaching about cities for the past 25 years, and this is a place to put down some of those thoughts, have conversations about some interesting issues and share ideas. As I continue to work in new and interesting places and on new and interesting projects I realize two things, 1) there are certain truths that are transferrable and 2) there is much left that is still unknown and open to creative and innovative solutions (or at least ideas).
